Put aside those bland protein shakes and try a healthy fruity smoothie, before or after your fab workout. This smoothie I came across isn’t like your average fruity ones – it features what’s widely known to be popular among women, avocados!
- 1 avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup raspberry juice
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (not thawed)
Once you have all your ingredients ready, all you have to do is just put them all in the blender and enjoy!
Notes: You can add less juice if you don’t like it too sweet, and you can also switch up the juices to the ones you like!
